How we work
We do not ship defaults. Every surface is art-directed, benchmarked and argued over until it feels inevitable.
No layers, no tickets thrown over a wall. You own a surface end-to-end — research, build, measure, iterate.
Real users are in the studio every day. Work reaches production in days, not quarters, behind honest guardrails.
Cost, speed and quality are user-facing promises. If a change makes a creator slower, it does not ship.
Open roles
High-end generative image and video craft combined with the engineering discipline to automate production at scale — across client work, platform marketing content, and the internal pipelines that make both repeatable.
Be the face of both sides of OmniVAI — the studio producing cinematic AI work for regional and global brands, and the platform putting those tools in creators' hands.
Own commercial growth for the studio. A build-from-zero role: no inherited pipeline, no existing playbook — you create both, and open doors we have not knocked on yet.
Own the technical backbone of the platform and set engineering standards for the team. This is the most important hire on our list.
Own the money layer and the day-to-day work of wiring new AI models into the platform.
Own the product surface — the creative studios users actually work in — and raise the quality bar of an interface that must feel professional to filmmakers, marketers and agencies.
Build everything around the studios so the senior engineer stays focused on the studios themselves.
The platform spans twelve studios and a roster of 150+ models. Nobody can hold that in their head — this role makes quality measurable.
Set up the infrastructure properly once, then hand it to the backend lead. This is deliberately a contract engagement, not a permanent role at this stage.
